Confessions of a Technology Man
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for visiting with us this evening. Now I’ve traveled across half our state to be here and to see about this land. Now I daresay some of you might have heard some of the more extravagant rumors about what my plans are, so I just thought you’d like to hear it from me. This is the face – it’s no great mystery.
I’m a technology man, ladies and gentlemen. I have numerous concerns spread across this state. I have many wells flowing at many thousand barrels per days. I like to think of myself as an technology man. And as a technology man I hope that you’ll forgive just good old-fashioned plain speaking.
To adopt the words of in one of my favorite films - There Will Be Blood - a great tale about America, capitalism, entrepreneurship, the benefits and dangers of technology, and last but not least; greed, envy and struggle for power. Also of course I took myself the freedom to adopt the title from the groundbreaking book by David Ogilvy, Confessions of an Advertising Man.
On this blog I plan to share thoughts, ideas and analysis in the field of software development and design, FinTech, E-Commerce, Cloud Computing, Sci Fi, Beer, Music and traveling. There will be the occasional plain-spoken rants and ramblings. Other than that, you can find out more about me here
